A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL) today (April 27) morning.
The MoU aims to work towards efficient operation of the Mattala Airport while conserving the environment and wildlife resources by minimizing incidents of wildlife damage.
The Director General of Wildlife and the Acting Chairman of the CAASL had signed the MoU at the Mattala Airport this morning.
