Tishani Perera, Sri Lanka’s representative for Miss Grand International 2025 in Thailand, left for Bangkok early this morning (Sept. 29) on SriLankan Airlines flight UL-402 from Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Katunayake, at 1.30 a.m.
The prestigious global beauty pageant, featuring over 100 contestants worldwide, is scheduled to run from Sept. 30 to Oct. 18 in Bangkok.
Tishani earned the right to represent Sri Lanka after winning the Miss Grand Sri Lanka 2025 pageant on Sept. 24 at the Mount Lavinia Hotel.
She is also an undergraduate pursuing a degree in International Management and Business in Sri Lanka.
Her parents, relatives, friends, and the Sri Lankan organizer and national trainer of the Miss Sri Lanka pageant – Mr. Rukmal Senanayake were present at BIA to bid her farewell and wish her success.
