Parliamentarian Jagath Vithanage has said that Inspector General of Police (IGP) – Priyantha Weerasuriya agreed to provide security to all MPs who request as such.
The IGP arrived at Parliament this morning (Oct. 31) to discuss security concerns raised by Members of Parliament, following a request by opposition MPs to Speaker Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne.
