Gold prices in Sri Lanka have increased by over Rs. 5,000 today (Oct. 15) compared to yesterday (Oct. 14), according to market data.
The price of a 22-carat gold sovereign in Sea Street, Colombo 11, has increased to Rs.342,300, up from Rs.337,600 yesterday.
Meanwhile, the 24-carat gold sovereign, which was around Rs.365,000 yesterday, has risen to Rs.370,000, according to market sources.
